HAVA clients get the strategic leadership of a senior executive, without the cost of a full salary and benefits. It is ideal for startups and SMEs that need operational leadership to grow on a limited budget.

At HAVA, we implement a standardized and repetitive work structure (it is much easier for humans to do something daily than occasionally), based on lean manufacturing methodologies refined by multinational companies. This facilitates daily consistency and ensures maximum efficiency 24/7.

It must have six elements that are key to the DDS (Daily Direction Setting) methodology implemented by HAVA:
Schedule: There is a written schedule showing the activities and the time each one takes.
Results that Matter: The current progress of the OKRs is displayed, each with related actionable metrics, and all measures are color-coded (green = OK, red = action required).
Next Steps: There is at least one next step for each metric that is in the red. Action plans are SMART and one per line.
Parking Lot: There is a section for storing actions that take >1 day; at the end, the teams check if there is bandwidth for any of them.
Link to Standards: There is a hyperlink to the process/control panel for each metric visible in real time.
Health Checks: The board leader uses metrics to identify patterns and receives weekly audits.
